Kozul Company Ltd. was founded in 1994 in Osijek, and engaged in the wholesale and retail of hand tools and accessories. The company today has 63 employees in Croatia and another 17 in subsidiaries Trowel max ltd, Belgrade, Serbia, and 10 companies in Kozul BH doo Sarajevo, Bosnia.
Apart from these companies in the group are Kozul and company Cromax Ltd., Slavonian Brod company dealing with finishing works in construction.
The company is the start of the rapidly developing. Since its founding to today many things have changed.
At the turn of the XX XXI century we have built retail center (Leisure Centre) in Slavonski Brod with more than 1200m 2 of retail space.
With a retail center in Slavonski Brod, we also built two new storage area and a customs warehouse with over 1600 pallet positions, the company opened in Belgrade with a distribution warehouse and expand our operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Montenegro.
The development and progress of the business during these years, a lot promijelnilo, but the basic goal has always remained not changed - focus on the quality of products and services.
Despite the rapid development of the market and frequent changes of the same, we managed to stay true to our strategy: to offer professional solutions to all those who in their work and life, using hand and power tools.
From 63 employees in Croatia, 8 is the field sales managers covering all regions in Croatia. The same principle works eight field sales in Serbia, and another 4 in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Such a network allows us to offer high quality services and support to end customers and users at all times in all shopping centers and business units.
Importing and selling the tools and products we have come up with the idea to establish, garaditi and invest in their own brand and the concept of the tool. Further to this idea 2003 years registered our brand MAX? The State Intellectual Property Office, and since then we insisted on the promotion and range expansion. Currently we offer over 1500 different products from a range of MAX? hand tools.
MAX? Tools are produced worldwide in Taiwanu, Pakistan, India, China, Korea, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany and Italy, all under strict quality control and the continuous improvement of production technology.
MAX? tools adapted to sales in large retail centers: in all there is bar code, item code, item name in ten languages, packages are functional and provide exposure to the shelves in a way that the product attracts not only its quality but also the design and appearance of packaging.
