Cromax Ltd. has performed the work of the interior renovation of the sales work (21,260, 50 m2) of the existing lesnine XXXL Building on the location Slavonska Avenija 106, Zagreb, works on the exterior design, and the performance of the foundations for the advertising totem (integrated 625 M3 of Concrete).
The works of interior design included a complete demolition of the existing restaurant and rooms within the retail space, and the performance of new offices, sanitary facilities, kitchens, restaurants and elevators with a total net usable area of 1200 m2.
We performed construction-craft works: earthenware, reinforced concrete, masonry, plaster, hydroisolateral, ceramic, sub-pollicated and painting works.
