The rotation mixer AoX-S saves time, staff and therefore money. As, when processing large amounts, no one else is needed to help with the hand-operated mixing. It can be easily operated by one person.
Using the fold-out hand grip and the rollers, it can be driven to the place of use. The mixing bucket can be filled with the mix when the swivel arm is folded back without having to take it out of the machine. The mixing process either ends by pressing the off switch or as soon as the swivel arm is lifted. The mixing tool drive then switches off.
Know-how for the best mixing results: The edge and floor wiper prevents material deposits on the side of the mixing bucket. At the same time, it supports intensive mixing of the material. Change the mixing tool with an open-end wrench on the hexagonal holding fixture of the tool and position on the agitator shaft and remove. Towing arms on the outside of the mixing bucket ensure that it can be turned safely.
TASK: MIX A LARGE AMOUNT OF ADHESIVE MORTAR ON CONSTRUCTION SITE
Mix larger amounts of adhesive mortar with the Collomatic AoX-S rotation mixer: Observe the basic details about the device and material in the operating instructions or in the manufacturers’ technical data sheets. Pour the exact required amount of water into the mixing bucket. Keep to the correct order: first the water, then the adhesive mortar. Pressing the green start button makes the mixing bucket start to turn. Fold down the swivel arm with the mixing tool to start the mixing tool. Through the rotation of the mixing bucket, the mix is guided to the mixing tool. Effect: high shear forces for full unlocking of the material, rapid homogenisation. In action: the edge and base wiper. To stop the mixing process, press the red button and open the mixer. The result: homogeneous material in a consistency which is ready for use.
