Time-intensive mixing, physically-demanding transport and emptying of the mixing bucket hinders quick work. With the Collomatic LevMix, mixing, transporting and processing can be done efficiently by just one person and in just one operation. Within three minutes, up to three sacks of material (approx. 55 litres) can be mixed simultaneously to outstanding mixing quality without the formation of lumps or sediment, and can be brought over the surface to be worked on. Overall, due to its short mixing times and high output quantities, using the LevMix means more than 50% less effort compared to manual mixing – along with significantly less physical exertion and a reduced workforce

TASK: WORK PROCESS SELF-LEVELLING MATERIALS

1. Place a clean mixing bucket in the LevMix

2. Assemble the VLX 160 HF mixer by slightly tilting the swivel arm. The mixer mixes with high shear force and, thanks to its construc­tion, prevents lump formation and material deposits on the edge and base of the mixing bucket

3. Snap the mixing paddle into the Hexafix coupling

4. For a dust-free mixing process, connect vacuum hose to the connection provided

5. Pour the exact amount of water indicated for each sack amount into the mixing bucket

6. Press the green start button to set the mixing tool in motion and turn on the vacuum cleaner

7. Continuously add the correct amount of material for the amount of water

8. Mixing process runs, keep to the mixing time indicated for the mixing material or until the material is completely mixed in, free of lumps and homoge­neous

9. Bringing the mobile mixer to the usage point and bringing out the material. Four castors and the handle make moving the mixer easy and effortless for one person.

10. To pour out the material, the swivel device is unlocked with the foot switch. The material can be poured out in exact amounts thanks to the pouring attachment on the mixing bucket, and flows cleanly and accurately onto the desired areas
